You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.

We choose An Post, DPD, EMS, Fedex, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives on time.

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfilment centre within 2-3 days.

Our average shipping time is 7-15 business days depending on your location.

United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-12 business days.

United Kingdom/EU countries: 7-10 business days.

Asian countries: 10 -20 business days.

Rest of the world: 10-30 business days.

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days – for items shipped by DHL, UPS and FedEx.

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfilment centres, sometimes your items may come with different packages.

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 15 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.

The size chart has been updated and we are happy to now include a wider range of sizes! The actual garment measurements are listed in the descriptions and the measurements are taken lying flat.
