Refund and Return Policy
We offer a 30–day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if
it was included in printed form. If you want to start a return, you can do so from the Start a return page or by clicking or tapping here. Please note that
returns will need to be sent to the following eircode: A92HR0F. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how
and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, please

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non–returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, underwear, earrings, makeup, and tights).
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In case of exchange with another product, you will be charged the difference in the amount of the products, if any.
For each order, in case of exchange with another product, the first return is free, while for each subsequent exchange you are charged €8.00 which is the cost of the company for the transfer and return to us, a cost that applies to shipments in Ireland. The corresponding cost for shipments to Europe is €10.00, and for the other countries it is €12.00.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via the Contact Us page of our website. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
